Terms of service

General conditions

These terms of use of the e-shop are valid for the purchase and sale of goods in the online shop kaissu.com and are in accordance with the law of the Republic of Estonia and EU legislation regulating online trade.
The user of the e-shop (hereinafter the Buyer) is obliged to read the terms of use.
The owner of the e-shop and the person concluding the sales contract is Kaissu Interiors OÜ (hereinafter Kaissu).
Kaissu has the right to change these terms and conditions by announcing them on kaissu.com.
The photos displayed in the e-shop are illustrative and the products may differ slightly from those shown in the photo.
The photos, texts, and other materials of the e-shop belong to Kaissu. Use for commercial purposes is not permitted.
Prices are in euros and include 24% VAT.
Customer support hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–17:00 (GMT+2).

To make a purchase, add the desired product to the shopping cart, then proceed to checkout, fill in the required fields, and place your order.
Payment options: credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and direct bank transfer.
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer's e-mail address right after placing the order.
The purchase is considered confirmed and the sales agreement concluded when the advance payment is displayed in Kaissu's bank account.
Unpaid orders will be cancelled 3 days after receipt.
Kaissu will send the final invoice to the Buyer when the order is ready for shipping.
The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided. Kaissu is not responsible for non-receipt of any purchase-related information caused by inaccurate contact details.

All products are made to order (except items sold in outlet).
Production times vary; corresponding information is marked separately for each product.
Once the order is ready for shipping, Kaissu will contact the Buyer to confirm delivery details.
Approximate delivery time is 5–10 working days.
Goods are delivered to the Buyer's front door at street level.
The delivery service does not include disposal of packaging, pallets, etc.
Depending on the product, goods are delivered either assembled or in parts. The product page tells you which.
If the products in the cart have different delivery times, they will be delivered according to the product with the longest delivery time.
Upon receipt, the Buyer must immediately check the condition of the packaging. If the packaging shows significant damage, the Buyer must not open it, photograph it, write a signed note on the courier's delivery note, and inform Kaissu immediately.
Shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart.

The Buyer has the right to change the order by withdrawing from it within 14 days of its conclusion.
The Buyer has the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused and in the same condition as sent.
Pursuant to the Law of Obligations Act of the Republic of Estonia, the right of return does not extend to custom-made products. Custom-made products are marked as such in the e-shop.
To withdraw from the order or return products, the Buyer submits a written withdrawal application to customer.service@kaissu.com including: purchase confirmation or invoice number; the Buyer's name; the date of receipt of the goods (if delivered); a description of the change requested and/or the name of the goods to be returned.
The Buyer must return the goods to Kaissu within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal application and bears the cost of packaging and return shipping.
Kaissu will refund the purchase amount to the Buyer's bank account within 5 working days of receiving the returned products.
