Shipping policy

Most products are made to order. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks; once ready, delivery takes 5–10 working days.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. We deliver across Estonia and throughout the EU.

Goods are delivered to your front door at street level. The service does not include carrying upstairs, assembly, or packaging removal.

Inspect packaging on arrival. If it's visibly damaged, photograph it, note it on the courier's slip, and write to us immediately.
