How we ship.

Lead times

Almost everything is made to order. Production takes 4–6 weeks for most beds and furniture; lead time is shown on each product page. Once your piece is ready, we ship it within 5–10 working days.

Estonia

We deliver across Estonia. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a slot once your order is ready to ship.

European Union

We ship throughout the EU. Cost is calculated at checkout based on country and order size. Customs and import duties are not applicable within the EU.

On delivery day

Goods are delivered to your front door at street level. The delivery service does not include carrying upstairs or removing packaging. Some pieces ship assembled; others ship in parts with hardware included. The product page tells you which.

Please inspect the packaging on arrival. If it's visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and let us know straight away at customer.service@kaissu.com.
