Refund policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return unused goods in their original condition.

Pursuant to the Law of Obligations Act of the Republic of Estonia, the right of return does not extend to custom-made products. Custom-made products are clearly marked at checkout.

Send a written withdrawal request to customer.service@kaissu.com with your invoice number, name, date of receipt, and the items you want to return.

You bear the cost of return shipping and packaging. Once we receive the returned goods, we'll refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
