How long does production take?

Most pieces are made to order in 4–6 weeks. The exact lead time is shown on every product page.

Do you ship outside Estonia?

Yes — we ship throughout the European Union. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Can I see the furniture before buying?

Yes — visit our workshop in Tänassilma, near Tallinn, or one of our partner stores across Europe. See the Partners page for locations. We also send free material samples by post.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the packaging before opening, note it on the courier's slip, and contact us immediately at customer.service@kaissu.com.

Can I return a custom-made product?

Custom-made products are non-returnable under Estonian law. Stocked items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
